Tanzania Premier League giants Young Africans Sports Club have signed attacking midfielder Mudathir Yahya.
The former Azam FC player was unveiled on Tuesday in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Coach Nasreddine Nabi’s side have decided to reinforce the team ahead of other matches through out the 2022/2023 season including the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup where they qualified for the group stage.
Young Africans SC also decided to beef the team few days after midfielder Feisal Salum indicated he wanted to leave the Club.
Young Africans the reigning Tanzania Premier League champions currently also lead the 2022/2023 log with 50 points from 19 matches played, six points ahead of arch rivals Simba SC who unveiled a new coach Roberto Oliviera ‘Robertinho’ on Tuesday.
The Young Africans SC team will start their campaign in the Mapinduzi Cup 2023 in Zanzibar on Wednesday with a match against Zanzibar Premier League side KMKM SC at the Amaan Stadium.
